Tutors are available to you both in person and online, and the service is free! Cascade, Sylvania, Rock Creek and Southeast Center each have a tutoring center with excellent in-person tutors in most subjects. If you're working on a paper, the writing tutors are popular (so don't wait until the last minute)! You can get more information about each campuses hours and locations at the links below:

PCC Library has lots of resources that you can use on your own. You may already know that about the quiet study spaces as well as study rooms you can reserve.

Citing sources is another way you can help yourself! PCC Library has all the information you need on Cite Sources. The library also has video tutorials on everything from how to develop a topic for your paper to figuring out how to incorporate those citations. You'll find those videos, as well as information about using e-resources, at Tutorials and Handouts.

Global Land and Water Resources for Food and Agriculture
(2012) A big report with subdivisions, including negotiations on water and land use. Recommended.

Nobel Peace Prize Winners
From the Nobel Prize website, it lists all winners. Look for links to their biographies, and acceptance speeches.

Oregon Peace Works
A catch-all webpage with information on keeping the Oregon National Guard in Oregon, environmental aspects of the peace movement, and the association between atheism and reduced conflict.

PDX Peace
A good and lively webpage. Information on movies, programs, and support for war resistors in the military.

Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome. The Congressional Budget Office's report on the Veteran's Administrations Efforts (and expense) to treat victims of PTSD.

Trends in International Arms Transfers, 2012. From the Stockholm Peace Institute. The United States remains the world's largest exporter of military equipment, although China has broken into the top five. The top buyers are India, China, Pakistan and S. Korea. Interestingly, China is both a top exporter and importer.
